Walking for my stupid mental health
I'm trying to walk more and go outside more. It's been easy, so far, because the weather has been nice. Even on a day, like today, when it's chilly out. It helps to have a big puffy jacket. I like to walk around the business park where I work, because it's convenient. It might not be very scenic, but it's nice enough. Really, it's grown on me. There's something about stepping out into the sunlight and breathing in the crisp winter air that reminds me just how great it feels to be alive. I need moments like these. Now, more than ever. It's the only thing keeping me afloat.
